Franchisees will come from a variety of backgrounds, but all should:

- Be self motivated and confident in their own ability yet prepared to accept and follow successfully proven methods
- Enjoy working outdoors, perhaps in all weather
- Be more sales orientated than horticultural knowledgeable, although a good understanding of plant knowledge and basic machinery operation is required
- Share success, worries and news with our network of franchisees
The Long Term Potential
